When will I get my order?
We’re just as excited as you are to get your order to you! It typically takes 3–7 days to fulfill your order, and once it’s on the move, shipping times vary based on your location. Here’s an estimate to keep you in the loop:
USA: 3–4 business days
Europe: 6–8 business days
Australia: 2–14 business days
Japan: 4–8 business days
International: 10–20 business days
Where will my order ship from?
We’ve partnered with a fantastic on-demand fulfillment company that has facilities worldwide! This means your order will be made and shipped from the location that can do it most efficiently, ensuring you get your items as quickly as possible.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
On international orders, additional customs or tax fees may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees—they’re assessed by your local customs office. To avoid surprises, we recommend checking with your local customs office for more details on any potential duties or taxes.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Oh no! Before contacting us, please do the following:
1. Double-check your shipping confirmation email to ensure the delivery address is correct.
2. Check with your local post office—they might be holding onto your package.
3. Ask your neighbors in case the courier left it with them.
If your shipping details were correct and your package is still MIA, please get in touch with us at support@moniquerhodesonline.com with your order number. We’ll be happy to look into it for you.
If there was a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement, but shipping will be at your own cost.

How are your products made?
We collaborate with an amazing print-on-demand partner that produces your items as soon as you place your order. Depending on where you are, your order will be made at the facility closest to you for the most efficient shipping!
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link via email. If you have any questions about tracking or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us at support@moniquerhodesonline.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if something went wrong with your order! To get it sorted out ASAP, please send us an email at support@moniquerhodesonline.com within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and some photos of the wrong or damaged item, and we’ll get back to you with a solution.
Returns
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns or exchanges at the moment, but if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help! Contact us at support@moniquerhodesonline.com, and we’ll make it right.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only available for customers who receive the wrong items or damaged goods. If this happens, please email us at support@moniquerhodesonline.com with photos and details, and we’ll take care of it.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Since we produce each order on-demand, we’re unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you’re unsure about sizing, be sure to check out the sizing chart on each product’s page. If you happen to receive a mislabeled item, please let us know within a week of receiving it—email us at support@moniquerhodesonline.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll send you a new one or provide a refund.
